Join us for a guided group meditation to bring calm and ease to your week
Find some relaxation and inspiration with a short 20 minute meditation guided by Lori Cox, Certified Wellbeing Coach and Meditation Instructor. We will open up the Zoom link at 5:25pm MST for you to test your sound and video (not required) in advance. Please be ready to start by 5:30pm seated comfortably.
