Stephanie

Stefanie Hingley

Mindset and WellBeing Coach

An adventure-seeker at heart, Stefanie Hingley began her career as a scientist at the CDC before realizing she wanted more than laboratory work. After pivoting to business and earning an MBA, she embarked on a nine-year journey working and traveling throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

In 2012, she and her partner took a sabbatical year to travel the world—exploring 21 countries, completing over 100 dives, and summiting Island Peak in Nepal. Though the experience transformed her perspective, returning to corporate life still left her feeling unfulfilled.

2019 marked her return to the USA for a dream position in the marine industry. Yet despite career success, a loving family, and a passport full of stamps, she found herself wondering: Is there more to life?

This question sparked a profound journey of self-discovery, leading to the realization that her true passion lies in helping others connect with themselves, uncover their purpose, and build lives of balance, fulfillment, and joy.

Ulrike Lerch

Ulrike Lerch

Embodied Human Development Facilitator

Originally from Germany and based in Rome since 1992, Ulrike combines international experience with a refined understanding of demanding, performance-oriented contexts, shaped by her early background in the film industry. Her work brings together embodied awareness and leadership development, with a clear focus on the person behind the role.

A certified practitioner of Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda, and a facilitator of embodied development, she integrates traditional wisdom teachings with contemporary approaches to human development.

Her work begins in the body as the primary gateway to awareness, enabling clarity, self-regulation, and aligned decision-making.

She supports individuals and teams in remaining present, clear, and internally aligned while navigating responsibility, change, and high expectations. From this grounded foundation, emotional intelligence, mental flexibility, and authentic communication emerge as natural human capacities.

A particular focus of her work is supporting women through professional and personal transitions, helping them cultivate clarity, confidence, and aligned decision-making.

Through corporate programs, workshops, and retreats, she creates calm, open spaces where trust can unfold and sustainable, human-centered performance can emerge.

Her work guides people back to the intelligence of the body — where presence becomes the starting point for awareness, creativity, and authentic transformation.

Kari

Kari Watts

BSW, RYT200

Kari began practicing yoga 12 years ago after unresolved pain and inflammation from sports injuries, stress and chronic health issues left her immobile in body and spirit. After experiencing life changing results, Kari felt drawn to complete a YTT200hr certification program to share her talents and help others find peace and healing by using their breath in various types of yoga- the Yin and the Yang- it’s all about balance. Her main goal of every class is to have students leave happier and healthier than when they came…and to be at ease.

Kari earned her BSW from ASU with emphasis in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which pairs well with her strong desire to help others feel joy. When not teaching yoga, you can find Kari playing and teaching piano, leading spin classes, cheering her 5 kids on in their various activities, playing with her adorable grandbaby or adventuring somewhere in nature with her husband Jeff.
