Founder

Lori Cox is the founder of Phoenix Arbor, a wellbeing platform providing personalized insights and pathways to restore energy, reconnect with purpose, and build more sustainable ways of working and living. Phoenix Arbor brings together a global network of wellbeing experts to deliver employer wellbeing services and personalized growth pathways. This comprehensive approach to wellbeing blends coaching, mindfulness, emotional resilience, purpose work, and practical tools for restoring energy and capacity.

A National Board Certified Wellbeing Coach and certified meditation instructor, Lori brings together evidence-based wellbeing practices, leadership development, and more than two decades of corporate experience across marketing, technology, and enterprise growth. Her work is grounded in the realities many people face today: the pressure to adapt, achieve, and support others while staying connected to their own clarity, health, and sense of meaning. An outdoor enthusiast, Lori draws inspiration from nature, rock climbing, off-roading, and adventure – experiences that inform her belief of the powerful connection between nature and wellbeing.

Mindset and WellBeing Coach

Stefanie Hingley

An adventure-seeker at heart, Stefanie Hingley began her career as a scientist at the CDC before realizing she wanted more than laboratory work. After pivoting to business and earning an MBA, she embarked on a nine-year journey working and traveling throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

In 2012, she and her partner took a sabbatical year to travel the world—exploring 21 countries, completing over 100 dives, and summiting Island Peak in Nepal. Though the experience transformed her perspective, returning to corporate life still left her feeling unfulfilled.

2019 marked her return to the USA for a dream position in the marine industry. Yet despite career success, a loving family, and a passport full of stamps, she found herself wondering: Is there more to life?

This question sparked a profound journey of self-discovery, leading to the realization that her true passion lies in helping others connect with themselves, uncover their purpose, and build lives of balance, fulfillment, and joy.
