Whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice, this session offers a chance to quiet your mind, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. As the moon illuminates the night sky, we’ll explore gentle practices that foster inner peace and help align you with nature’s rhythms. Give yourself the gift of stillness during your busy week.
We will open up the Zoom link at 6:55am PT for you to test your sound and video (not required) in advance. Please be ready to start by 8am seated comfortably. We look forward to seeing you there!
